Course Instructor

I’m Kai Raghuwanshi, working with founders, funds, and family-run operators across Southeast Asia to help them navigate exits, capital, and complex growth decisions.

My fieldwork spans projects linked to Gates Foundation–funded global health initiatives through Dutch-Chinese health company and fund reviews for AVPN’s Asia Gender Equality Fund (USD 25M deployment). I’ve also collaborated with global investors and early venture capital pioneers shaping the region’s impact economy.

My book was featured by CNBC Asia and is quietly used by operators and capital partners across the region. Over the years, I’ve worked across Jakarta, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, and Ho Chi Minh City, supporting founders and ventures shaping Southeast Asia’s next chapter.

I’ve spoken at leading regional and global forums from the Global Data Center & Cloud Summit to the Asia Health & Life Sciences Summit on innovation, capital, and sustainability.

My base is Southeast Asia.

My reach is global.

This shop curates the same tools and systems I wish I had ten years ago built for real operators in emerging markets.

Most founders waste months chasing the wrong money.

This course shows how serious teams unlock non-dilutive funding with grants as their core weapon without relying on hype, luck, or polished decks.

  2. The framework I use with real clients to find, frame, and win grants
  3. Templates for structuring your idea, intro messages, and application hooks
  4. Guidance on when to apply, what to ignore, and how to avoid the trap of “applying blindly”
